Inquiries are stored privately for review. Authorized staff can export them for a reviewed CRM import. Automatic transfers and email alerts are not connected.

Temporary counters and request identifiers limit abuse and duplicates. Counters do not store raw phone numbers.

Before you submit

Do not include sensitive documents, confidential details, or urgent deadlines. An inquiry does not establish an attorney-client relationship or transfer case responsibilities.

Existing clients use a separate protected portal. This notice will be reviewed with the firm’s final retention and data-handling policies before public launch.
